December Ranch is excited to announce that our Kids Horse Riding Lessons in Pawnee County, Oklahoma are coming in Summer 2026. This new offering is being thoughtfully developed to give young children a safe, fun, and meaningful introduction to horses and ranch life.

Designed for children ages 3 – 16, our upcoming program will focus on early interaction, confidence building, and gentle exposure to horses. These lessons will be guided by experienced staff and designed with safety, patience, and positive experiences at the core.

Our program will feature calm, well-trained ponies and horses known for their steady temperament and gentle nature.

Located in rural Pawnee County, Oklahoma, December Ranch offers a peaceful setting where families can slow down and enjoy time outdoors. We welcome families from Pawnee, Stillwater, Perry, and surrounding communities looking for meaningful activities rooted in agriculture and nature.

Kids horse lessons at December Ranch will focus on comfort and familiarity rather than formal riding. Activities are planned to include gentle petting, brushing, leading with assistance, and sitting experiences that help children build trust and confidence at their own pace.
